The lovely Emily & Nick were married recently in Coogee!
Now i must tell you a very interesting story about how they came to choose me as their photographer.
One day a few months before their wedding, Emily and Nick went to visit a friend for the evening. When they arrived at his place Emily noticed a photo of a couple stuck to said friends fridge.
When she asked him ‘Who is this couple?’ Said friend replied ‘Oh its actually a business card- i found it on the floor on the streets of Surrey Hills and i thought- that’s a nice picture- so i bought it home and stuck it on my fridge. The wedding photographers name is Jo…’
After this encounter Emily got in touch with me. She told me that her and her fiancee Nick were originally not going to have an official photographer, but, they felt that the strange and random way in which they found me was a sure sign that -yes, they should have a photographer, and it should be little old me.
Needless to say i was overjoyed that they wanted to have me there on their special day and yes i agree, some things just are meant to be!
Emily and Nick have a love of the beach and the ocean. At the time of their wedding they lived just around the corner from Coogee beach. They wanted the whole day to be near the sea.
A few days after their wedding they jet setted off to Asia where they are now having the time of the lives, travelling around the world and living life to its fullest-with no set date to return home!
I really wish them safe and happy travels and i admire them for being so adventurous!
